Those of us obsessed with Mitsubishi's all-new Evolution have been keeping close tabs on the manufacturer's return to the rally world as all the techy-goodness that makes up one of our favorite back road bombers has been derived from the automaker's participation in WRC.

You can image our glee when this video popped up over at StreetFire.net showing the new EVO undergoing testing on a rally stage. Between a fresh 2-liter engine the new active diff and a host of other high-tech gadgetry on board we're pleased to see this newest Evolution isn't plagued with the gremlins that hampered the team's efforts in 2005.
