At 12:01 AM EST we closed the polls on the 80's edition of RR of the Week. Unfortunately we didn't get a screen grab of the results but what we can tell you is that over 2300 votes were cast and the winner was the 1987 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible.

Until about Sunday afternoon there was a strong showing of voters enthralled with the Alfa's curves but as the day drew to a close Saab owners united and put the 900 in the top spot. The results right before deleting the poll in a Nyquil induced haze put the Saab in first the Alfa in second the Bimmer in third the Fiero in fourth and the Supra bringing up the rear in fifth.

This week we won't be having a theme for our RR of the Day but next week it's all about forced-induction. That's right next week is turbo- and super-charger week. If you've got a blown engine submit three photos and TONS of detail to our Flickr group by following the instructions after the jump.
